About Us
What We Do
Here at Special Paths, we aim to create a safe haven and resource center for young woman of all races who have or will be aging out of foster care. Special Paths strives to educate, promote and instill dignity into young woman who may have been neglected, abused or broken in their childhood or adolescents and fear that all hope will be lost entering the adult world. Foster care and Group homes provided a place to sleep and eat but all to often do they remember to prepare girls for the working world, higher education, parenthood and most importantly to know the value of self love! Special Paths is here to build a bridge for positive transition into womanhood, using plans mapped out uniquely for them with commitment, love, and compassion.
